Can Polluted Environment And Water Cause Recurrent Infections In A Child?

Dear Dr, My son 3.5 year old has a low immune system. He frequently gets ill. Approx after every 2 weeks he either gets stomach (viral/bacterial) infection or throat infection. Gets high fever and after 3 days he is prescribed antibiotics as fever does not come down. He is a fussy eater and eats very less. We have done all blood tests and results are clear. I do not understand why does he frequently get ill. We have moved to another city and for past 2 yrs he has been on and off sick. Could it be the environment or water? We even bath him with mineral water.. Please advice

As per your history, As you have done all lab investigations and everything is normal and your child getting recurrent infections, it may due to reinfection caused by polluted water or food. Kindly give him RO purified or boiled water. Maintain proper hygiene. Keep away from other infected children. Take care.
