Can Over Dosage Of Medicine For Ear Infection Cause Problems?

My daughter had an ear infection in both ears it didn t clear with her first round of meds so this is her second round. The problem is I got confused with the dosage. I was supposed to give her 1 tsp every night for 10 days and I ve been giving it to her every 12 hrs instead. I was confused because that was the information I was given at first but they switched her meds and gave her something stronger so now I realized I ve been giving her the way way too much and I m worried it s going to harm her. She seems fine running and playing as normal messes wit her ears every now and then but other than that she seems perfectly fine. What do I do now?

Hi!
Do not worry. this kind of mistakes happens often by parents. If your kid is happy, running, playing then dont worry. Mostly if antibiotics are given in more dosage then it may cause a little softening of stools. if it is not there, just follow the prescription and review back to your doctor after completion of course.
Thank you.
