Can Ones Height Be Increased With Dr.Ayurveda Products?
Hi I am 22 years old and 4 11 . I want to increase my height. Is it safe ro use dr.ayurveda or any other height increasing products like step up and yokp height increaser?? How else can I increase my height? And is 22 yrs too old to try incresing height methods?? Please reply

One is age factor against you . Second , height is determined by genes and overall physical well being of person . If you are not having any organic disease then it is difficult to increase height . Also such products are not 100 percent safe .
