Can One Take Omnocortil During Pregnancy?

i am taking omnacortil and methotextrate from 2 years for rheumathoid arthritis and now i stopped methotextrate as i was planning to conceive and my doctor asked me to take omnocortil10 mg as i am getting pains.can i take omnocortil during pregnancy?

Yes Omnacortil 10 mg dose is safe in pregnancy...does not cross the placenta.But the dose needs to be tapered as soon as the disease is well controlled.
