Hello,

As you mentioned you been diagnosed with Spondyloarthropathy, which is little unsure with as per me. You need to undergo a couple of test before claiming the same.

The pain in the hip can be due to muscle strain or may be due to Inflammation of the hip joint. Need an x-ray or MRI to check the actual situation of the joint.

You take the medicines prescribed by the physician and meantime try to find an appointment with an Orthopedic surgeon so you can actually get the area well examined for any other a normalities like the pain is originated from the Hip or is the secondary pain due to the Spinal column.

Along with medicine, regular exercise for strengthening the muscles of the affected area and core. Also, stretching exercises needs to be present to have the optimum range of motion of the joints involved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
