Can Old Age Cause Tremor In Hand?

I just turned 70. Female - I ve developed tremor in my right hand (I am left handed) It occurs at rest when my arm is sitting at a 45 degree angle. Not a constant thing, but just started last 60 days wondering if it s just advancing age or something else.
