My 6 year old had diarrheoa yesterday with some vomiting no fever, then fever started last night and she still has mild fever today. She s been in bed all day, sleeping on and off, taking some water and diarolyte. She feels uncomfortable when sitting up because her belly is still a bit sensitive. We re booked for a long haul flight home tonight and I m so worried! Should I cancel the flight or continue with plans and hope for the best?
