Can My Child Sleep After Putting Ice For Bumps In Between Eyebrow?

My 9 year old daughter fell off her bicycle and hit her forehead,she has a half dollar round sz bump right in between her eyebrows I have been putting ice on it should I let her go to sleep? She is acting normal. But it concerns me. It happened around 3 hours ago.

The swelling should gradually settle
You can continue ice application.
LOOK CAREFULLY for warning symptoms like vomiting, nasal bleed, headache, altered consciousnes, decreased movement in any limb .
THis can happen anytime for next 48 hours.
If so she needs urgent CT brain.
Otherwise it should settle
