Can Lower Back Pain And Cough Be Symptoms Of UTI?

a few months ago i ended up in the emergency room with a uti and a kidney infection. i was better and its been a few months but now im worried it may be back because im having lower back pain and thats how it started last time. i just had a really bad cold though so i also thought it could just be from all the coughing but i want to be sure before i go see a doctor over nothing because im really low on cash.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate if your main concern is cough, if this is just cough and no other symptoms are there like fever, loss of weight, and appetite then this is just nothing to worry, again if this is more than 15 days then may need x-ray chest, else this would come around on its own, take care, have a nice day.
