Can Local Swelling Due To Several Bee Stings Cause Vasovagal Syncope?

May local swelling due to several bee stings cause vasovagal syncope ? The bees stung within half hour before fainting, one in the forearm, second under the chin and the third in the left armpit. There was local swelling, but no anaphylaxis.

Thank you,
Nadia
