Can Licking Fecal Matter Cause Sickness Or Infection?

Hello, two nights ago I put my finger in another person s anus and then licked my finger because I was so caught up in the moment. I m really worried now that I might get sick because of fecal matter. If I did injest any fecal matter then it is very little. The person who I put my finger in is very healthy. It was a stupid mistake and now I m really worried. Should I expect to be sick soon? Should I avoid sharing drinks and foods with other people?
