HI, i was wondering if anyone could tell me if iron tablets can cause black vomiting. i was given them by my doctor to take last thursday, come friday i was very ill. i was maybe sick 4 or 5 times starting early afternoon. i started of vomiting black and then the last time i was sick that day it was very dark green. i then crashed out untill the next day. slept maybe 14 hours. i have been nauseous since, not been able to eat very well, and feel very drained and tired. thanks for your help.
