Why have I been dizzy for the past 4 days? I have been feeling really dizzy and I don t know why. I ve had a check-up and blood test. The doctor said it might be dehydration so I have been drinking heaps of water but I still feel dizzy. The blood test result is normal. My hands and feet have been really cold too for the past few days and sometimes I feel like I m about to faint. Last month, I fainted and the next day I got my period. I didn t go to the doctors that time because I thought it was just because I didn t drink anything that morning (but I ate something) I thought I am iron deficient but the blood test result was normal. I m 16 and my period is irregular. My period is due about after 5 days.
