Hi me and my friends where hanging out and i started new fat burning pills the prior day. I first noticed an increase heart rate by these pills. That night with my friends i had some drinks and then went to sleep. When i woke up i went to the bathroom and during my urination i stoped and felt dizzy. I then stood there and the next thing i remembered was waking up to my friend panicing that i was dead. I had white foam around my mouth anf was unconscious for several moments.can you help me understand what happend as well as what i should do. Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of fainting may not be due to medicine but this could be due to some cerebral pathology some time this could be due to some infection in absence of history of any injury and poison condition, better to refer the all the hospital report there you could find the cause of this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
