Can Intake Of Savella Along With Tramadol Cause Disorientation And Dizziness?
I have been taking tramadol 50mg 3 times daily. I began savella 50mg 0nce a day on monday.I have become dizzy and disoriented. In the past I have taken these together with no side effects. I stopprd the savella as my Dr. felt I may not need it.Off it for almost a year but my fibromyalgia has worsened. I am to start another 50mg of savella but am concerned. Will my system adjust to the combination in the near future? Than you ,Marge

Hi,
Start with 25 mg every morning initially. Increase by 25 mg every 3 days up to 50 mg; not to exceed 150 mg [moniter creatine clearance i.e., LFT and RFT tests are done as in long term there are side effects]. I will tell few generalized options:
- Join pain management course as these drugs are addictive [online optimising energy workshop have cured people with chronic pain, you must done it]
- Diet should include lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, drink lot of water and avoid caffeine, non-veg [in your case], alcohol, smoking
- Psychological stress and sleep related problems r cured by deep breathing exercises like [online happyness course of art of living is very good option] instead of anti-depressants it have no side effects and seen working in patents with similar history.
