Can Inadequate Fluid Intake Cause Testicle Pain?

Hii. I am 20 year old male .am having some discomfort due to a mild pain right under my left testicle. It comes and goes . There is no swelling in that region and i am suffering burning sensation while urinating . Does drinking less water can cause pain in testicle.??
