Can Immunization Shots Cause Swollen Lymph Node Behind Ear?

I have a swollen lymph note behind my left ear ( feels like small round shape no more then 3 mm not too hard). I discovered on Thursday last week and it was much larger then. Within coule days in decrease in size. I looked throught magnifying glass and skin around and on a it looks white. In the last month I had a flu, took oral antibiotics for sinus infection, had immunization shuts: typhoid and Hepatitus A. Can any of above illnesses and immunization be a cause of my problem. Thank you
