use of minoxidil during lactation should be with caution.Topical minoxidil pose low risk to the breastfed infant.No hypertrichosis or other abnormal signs has yet been reported in breastfeeding infants of mother on minoxidil.but baby should be cautiously monitored for any danger sign and should sought consultation as required.thank you.
