Can I Increase The Dose Of Lexapro To Get Sleep?

I having been taking lexapro for 4 years now for anxiety disorder, I take 10mg every morning after breakfast, but recently I feel more tense and cant sleep continuosly at night I get up every 2 hours, which keeps me tired, should I increase or decrease my dosage of lexapro?
