Can i give solid food to my 3 months old baby ?

i have to join duty by 5th month of she is 3months and 1 week old can i start bananapowder,cerelac,nan etc

This is not the time to start with solid food espcially Nan. At this age and till she is atleast 8 month, old only liquids are to be given, like milk, cereals, mashed and strained fruits, etc. Aft 8-10 months a child can take solid but soft food , like ripe fruits, soft cooked vegetables .
