Can I Give Nachani Satv To My 8 Months Old Baby For Cold ?
My baby is eight months old she is suffering through cold can i give the nachani satv to her? I want to know whether nachani is cold or hot in nature

Hi Neeta,
Better avoid all those in such a small child. The cold in the children will be usually of viral origin which will subside after few days. You can put saline nasal drops 1-2 drops 3-4 times/day. This will take care of the cold.
