hi i was wondering i had a pimple in my nose and a friend popped it well the next day it swelled up and has oozing puss coming out of it but has gone down in swelling.. without going to the er to check it out what can i do to help it by myself.. i have neosporin and i have hydrogen peroxide. is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide in my nose to keep it clean or is it a bad idea???
