Can Hepatitis-C Or B Be Contracted Through Contaminated Water?

I went to the bathroom and someone had not flushed, so there was urine in the toilet. I did not think anything of it and went about my business. While I was on the toilet some of the other person's urine splashed up and hit my vagina. I have reason to believe the person who used the bathroom before me has hepatitis c and b. Do I need to be worried about contracting this?
