Can Height Increasing Capsules Be Effective At The Age Of 21?

hello..i m 21 year old girl, unmarried, 4 9 height, 64kg weight, i have read about morepower height increase capsule...can i increase my height with it ? is there any side effect ? i can t do excercise beacuse of busy schedule. is there any option, u can recommand ?

Unfortunately it is not likely that any supplement or medication would add any additional height.

Height is mainly determined by hereditary factors.

During childhood and adolescence there is a area at the end of the long bones (arms and legs) that is involved in adding bone to increase length and height.
It is called the epiphyseal plate.

At the end of adolescence this area changes and no further bone growth is possible no matter what medication or supplement is used. For females ,the growth period ends usually by age 16 or earlier.
