Hi welcome to HCM.
Prosthetic heart valves can cause certain vascular complications, including seizures on long term.It is advisable to have INR below 2.3. A CT scan of the brain is needed to rule out organic brain lesion.A baseline EEG is recommended to determine the type of seizure activity.Antiepileptics can help to control the seizures.A review of the prosthetic valve is needed through 2 dimensional ECHO.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
