Hi i have a 8 month daughter, who is suffering from cold and cough from last 10 days.she had running nose, we gave her natural home Medicine like honey along with ginger and tulsi extracts. Her cough has now hardened nnd we can see yellow pale color in it. We had given her synarest pedrtic drops for 3 days. Can we give her relent syrup 1.5 ml twice a day along with Augnentin syrup(co amoxiclav) syrup 3 ml twice a day.
