Can Grade 1 Anterior Placenta Be Reason For Spotting During Pregnancy?

I am 11 weeks pregnant with Anterior placenta Grade 1 Fundal. I had read till mid second trimester grade should be 0.also everything else is fine in USG report. But i spotted bright red blood 4 hours after USG without any pain which lasted for 5 mins.Can the High Grade be cause of spotting?

no, this can't be reason for bleeding, no need to worry for grade 1 placenta also. if slight bleeding occurred , just take rest, sometimes if usg is transvaginally done, can leadbto slight bleeding.
