Can Gluten Intolerance Cause Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

Okay, For the last 4 years, I have had cramps in my abdomen that has caused pain and diarrhoea (latter in more extreme cases). Initial cause was parasites found in my abdomen, I took medication and was relieved of these symptoms. Although after 3 months, pains came back but without any indicator in my Stool samples or blood tests. Had a suspicion it was gluten related. Although have hardly had a problem with Pizza Base. Although, say, White bread toasted has caused me a lot of problems.

Hello,I just read your query and from you have mentioned it does look like that you have gluten intolerance.
I suggest that you keep a food diary and write down daily what you ate and how were your symptoms after that and try avoiding that product totally next time and see how you feel.
Yes the symptoms which you have mentioned are symptoms of gluten intolerance.
Try to go gluten free and see how it helps you with your symptoms .
Hope you find my advice of some benefit and good luck.
