Can Genitals Be Repaired?

I was wondering if a Doctor could please give me some advice on where i should go to address my problem which is being sexually abused while i was drugged and now my genitals are mutilated with lack of feeling. i was wondering if there is a special Doctor i could see to see whether my genitals could be repaired. Please reply as i need help. Thankyou

Yes, it can be repaired. Sorry to learn about your suffering because of abuse. Please do not suffer silently. Please consult doctor (urologist or plastic surgeon) for repairing genitals.
