Can Genital Herpes Remain Undetected For Long?
Hello Doctor, My husband had Ramsey Hunt syndrome which it s the shingles and bells palsey at the same time 2 years. We Have both been tested in the past for Aids and herpes always negative. We are both been with each other since 1999 and both tested before and after again always negative. Just yesterday he was told by his doctor that he has genital herpes. Can this be a false positive or can the virus go undetected for decades? please advice. Thanks, Sophia
