Circumcision has certain advantages over having foreskin of penis. foreskin keeps the smegma collected beneath the prepuce which may be carcinogenic and has been linked with it. but Hindus usually do not go for circumcision but some ( very few ) get their penis circumcised for enhancement of sexual pleasure. removal of foreskin is also better for hygienic purposes. so there is no harm in circumcision.
