Can Foreplay With No Penetration Cause A Pregnancy?
Im 14 and have been on my period for about 7 months. I have only missed one month one other time before. But im missing it now. i have never had sex but we have had foreplay with his penis rubbing on my vagina with clothes on. He did not cum. Could i be pregnant?

If there was no deposition even at the outlet of vagina, just rubbing the vulva with penis with clothes on when he did not ejaculate, it should not cause any pregnancy.
However, you have to be very careful at this age. Your menses are yet to become regular (which would take another few months to a couple of years). Moreover, the eggs also are getting released irregularly. So if at all you conceive, you would be unaware as you cannot know that you have missed your period.
In the sexual heat, when you are really horny, it is very difficult to control while you are engaged in body play; and there is a risk of insertional sex. Today you proceeded to genital touching with clothes on, one dose not know when it will cross the limit of clothes and end up in insertion.
If possible, please refrain from the sex at this age or insist on proper use of condom.
