Can Foban Clear Pimple Like Thing On The Nostril After Getting Hit Bay Ball?

My 12yr old daughter got hit in the nose with a ball and now just inside on edge of nostril she has come up with a pimple like thing with a head. I have a tube of Foban in my medicine cupboard and was wondering if I applied some of this whether it would clear it up? Thanks

Hello,

It seems like a traumatic cause.
It will resolve by its own and Foban is helpful.
Use cold packs to reduce the redness and pain.
