Hii i was using panderm + from last 3 months...my skin has become fairer but suddenly in last one a half months i have got long facial hairs on face and chin becz of that i have taken face waxing..so is it becz on panderm or any type of hormonal problem.. Thanx
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Panderm plus cream contains ofloxacinand ornidazole (antibacterials), terbinafine (antifungal) and clobetasol (very potent steroid). It has very few indications and dermatologists do not usually prescribe it. Panderm plus cream should never be used as a fairness cream for long term because of it's serious side effects. It is not an over the counter medicine. It requires doctor's prescription and supervision. Long term use can cause steroid induced Rosacea, Acne, Thinning of skin, Redness and Increased sensitivity to sunlight. It would be better for you to stop using this medication and consult Dermatologist for appropriate evaluation and management of your condition. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
