Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain there is a possibility of formation of oro-antral fistula after extraction of the maxillary molar and it is a common finding but it is not always necessary and if your extraction socket has completely healed then there are less chances that there is a fistula and that is causing a stuffed nose..

But only stuffy nose is not the sign of oro-antral fistula and as far as my experience says it does not seems to be a sign of fistula and you need evaluation by an ENT expert.

As you have already got your CT SCAN as well as OPG done then better be relaxed as if there would be a fistula it would have been ruled out by now..

If you wish a re-evaluation consult an Oral Surgeon or an Oral Physician and get your scans re-evaluated for a confirmation..

In case if a fistula is not ruled out consult an ENT for ruling out the possible cause of stuffy nose..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
