Can esophageal cancer ( T3 N1 Mx ) cause hypo-attenuating lesions on the right lobe of thyroid, hypo-attenuating lesions on the liver, a collapsed gall bladder with gall stones and a narrowing ascending colon? Does this mean the cancer has spread? Changing Mx to M1 or?
