Can Drinking Too Much Of Water Cause Low Body Temperature?

I recently had some dizziness and trouble with balance and a numb feeling throughout my body and my body temperature fell to 97.3 degrees. I slept on it and woke up OK. I'm trying to figure out what happened. I pretty sure I had drunk too much water. I also had done some exercising (not an unusual amount for me) much earlier in the day. My questions are, can a low temperature be caused by drinking too much water?

HI
Well come to HCM
BY drinking too much body temperature can not come to low level again the temperature given here is not low one but this could be considered as a normal one, the episode that you had may be due to something else, and this is nothing to worry mostly this would be functional, take care.
