Can Drinking Red Bull Cause Fast Heartbeat And Shivering Hands?

My son has been having red bull during his rivision and on the day of his exams he was rivising till 1pmbut by 3pm his heart was beating faster he was shivering and his hands and feet were going cold, took him to his doctor he pricribed him tablets to reduce it and some sleeping tablets but still his heart rate is still up the day after, could you tell me why its not reduce his heart rate? yes red bull surely raises heart beat and cause other symptoms you mentioned. Also exam is stressful condition and create anxiety and sleeplessness which can cause the mentioned symptoms.
I advised to avoid red bull and I in my clinic prescribed tab ciplar LA 20 mg once a day to my patient.
not to worry much about this, very common problem during exams
