i had grastic bypass 2 years ago and never had problems with my sugar . but i also didnt drink much coffee, but sence i that i crave coffee, now my sugar drops low. so i was told that it must get high then dropes. well i dont feel bad other than gets really sleepy and then my sugar dopes really low and i have to take glucos tablets. so is it the coffee. i drink a pot of coffee a day.

From your symptoms it seems as you have non diabetic hypoglycemia and Caffeine may cause you to have the same symptoms as hypoglycemia, and may cause you to feel worse. Did you check you sugar levels after drinking coffee and must get your insulin levels and c peptide levels so as to rule out hyperinsulinism.
