Can Dose Of Tamsulosin Be Reduced If Symptoms Are Reduced?

For the last 15 days I am taking risperidone 2 mg and paroxetine 20 mg at bed time.My usual dose for risperidone was 3 mg for the last one year at least. My condition (Schizophrenia) is stabilised.I want to know whether tamsulosin Hcl could be reduced to 0.2 mg from 0.4 mg.since flow of urine is more at a time.Frequency is usual.I am taking 25 mg Losartan Potassium b.d. and vit B complex and calcium with D3 500mg.I am on antipsychotic medicins for 1983 onwards .I had first episode in 1970.No serious withdrawal symptoms were felt after reduction of risperidon dose .I am feelin more relaxed and focussed after reduction of risperidone doses
