Can Dosage Of Naturolax And Dulcolax Be Increased For Reducing The Effect Of Advanced Piles, Bleeding With Hard Stools?

i have advanced case of piles bleeding with hard stool .... i have been taking Naturolax and 2 dulcolax (20 mg)every night but efficacy is reducing ... so i increased to 3 dulcolax (30 mg) or 2 dulcolax (20 mg) + cremalux (10 mg) which helped .....please advise best way to keep soft stool without side effects ....what are side effects and max dosage
