General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Do not use apple cider vinegar or castor oil for pterygium. The best treatment is surgery or if you have redness you have to consult with doctor and use corticosteroids drops.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
