hi my name is nigel ive recently stopped smoking weed and quite video game and have deveoped what i think might be carpell tunnel im haveing trouble gripping with right hand and pain numbness in my fore arm muscle. i have to go back to work in a week and im wondering will it go away it seem like it worst today after waking up. it looks like a mild case but how can i treat or help stop it from getting worst please thank you

Hi Thanks for writing your query To confirm carpal tunnel syndrome a physical and EMG/NCV test is required.Do you have night pain along with numbness in thumb and index finger? suggestive of carpal tunnel syndrome.Meanwhile you may start with pregablin along with exercises for upperlimb. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, just talk to your local doctor.
