Can Delay In Periods And Abdominal Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi im normally regaular with my peroids sametime every month myself and my partner have had regular sexthroughout my ovulation time my peroid was due monday ive had no spotting bleeding my breasts have had pain in and low down abdominal cramps past few days ive also been very more tired than normal i did a pregnancy test monday evening and there was a very faint line in the tester part of it

I understand your concern.
Some of the symptoms what you are experiencing along with delay in periods could be due to pregnancy.
However, it needs to be determined by means of urine pregnancy test.
Since the pregnancy test you have taken seems inconclusive, it would be advisable for you to take another one after a week.
Also, it would be good to undergo ultrasound scan to confirm regarding the same.
