Can Decrease In Eosinophils Count Control Alopecia And Allergies?

I recently had a blood test my eosinophils came back at 924.I have allergies like to pollen or dust sometimes severe & I use Otc to treat them. I also have alopecia barbae on my beard. If I lower the eosinophils will my alopecia and allergies go away? And if so, how can I lower the eosinophil count?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the high eosinophilia is due to allergic condition then anti-histamine with steroid can be tried to reduce the count, along with this differential diagnosis is matters here as long as high count of eosinophil is concern, hope this information helps.
