Can Damstol And Lanzol Be Given To A Child Suffering From Vomiting And Loose Motion?

My son is 3 yrs old. Few days back we came back to india and sibce then he is suffering from vomitting and loose motion. Was prescribed domstal and lanzol junior. Domstal controlledd his vomitting. But he refuses to take lanzol tablets. Please suggest how to give it to him.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If he is not accepting Lanzol junior you mix with some drink and give it.
It is given to cut down acid secretion, you may avoid it as the vomiting is already controlled.
I prefer to give Sporolac daily for my patients with loose motions.
