Can Constant Headaches Be A Sign Of Lupus Erythematosus?

Can constant headaches be a symptom of lupus Erythematosis? Headaches have no diagnosis yet and have lasted more than 14 months. I have been unable to work. Should I be seeing a neurology specialist for headaches and a possible diagnosis and treatment?
