Can Colon Cancer Cause Constipation And Nausea?

I have diverticulosis and am having a lot of trouble with constipation and nausea. I had a large well formed stool earlier today that looked like it had mold on it and later had a movement with smaller pieces of feces that looked bright green. I had taken a laxative (generic pill) last night and had eaten several grapes which I had trouble chewing up as I have few teeth. I do have a history of colon cancer on both my parents families. Is this a problem?

Dear; thanks for using our service. Forst of all,if you have family history of colon cancer, you should have a screening colonoscopy . The changes in the size of your bowel movements are probably from the laxative, so just make sure that you eat a high fiber diet and plenty of water to keep your intestine moving.
I hope my advise was helpful .
