Can Bronchitis Last This Long For A 39-year-old?
I have been coughing for 2 months now, I am 39 years old, I do smoke but I have never coughed like this, it seems to be worse at night and when I first wake up, when I cough it tastes strange like how pool chlorine smells, can bronchitis last this long? Or does it sound like asthma?

Bronchitis can last this long id it is a chronic condition. I suggest to do a chest X-ray to confirm the diagnosis. If the diagnosis is confirmed a treatment of antibiotics is needed to treat the infection.
Azithythromicin is a very effective antibiotic in treating this infection.
