Can Bleeding Lighter Than Periods But Heavier Than Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi. Although I already have scheduled a obgyn appointment but since it s after 5 days so I wanted to get a opinion I ve been charting my ovulation and we had sex when I got a smiley. Btw I m 20 and married so on the third day after ovulation I started bleeding and it went on for 3 days. It was much lighter than my period but heavier than spotting and was pink in color so I thought maybe I could be pregnant. My period was due on 19th. Today it s been 11 days since that and I ve been getting cramps which go after 3-5 mins and not having any bleeding or anything neither have I gotten a positive pregnancy test. Could you please help me with what s going on

Hi welcome
It is not possible to predict pregnancy with only symptoms.
You have e to go for UPT after a week of missed period and with morning sample of urine.
Hope this helps
Take care
